Every app can be used fully for 14 days before you pay, so you can be sure it works on your PC.كل برنامج تقدر تستخدمه كامل لمدة 14 يوماً قبل ما تدفع، عشان تتأكد إنه شغال كويس على جهازك.

Refunds within 14 daysالاسترداد خلال 14 يوم

Because every app has a full free trial, we normally don't refund once a serial number has been issued. You can still ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase, and we review every request fairly. If the law where you live gives you a right to cancel, that right always applies.لأن كل برنامج ليه تجربة مجانية كاملة، عادةً مش بنرجّع الفلوس بعد ما السيريال يطلع. بس تقدر تطلب الاسترداد خلال 14 يوم من الشراء، وبنراجع كل طلب بعدل. ولو قانون بلدك بيديك حق إلغاء الشراء، الحق ده بينطبق دايماً.

We refund in full if you were charged more than once for the same order, or if your serial does not work and we cannot fix it within 7 days of your support request.بنرجّع المبلغ كامل لو اتسحب منك أكتر من مرة لنفس الطلب، أو لو السيريال مش شغال ومقدرناش نحل المشكلة خلال 7 أيام من طلب الدعم.

Email support@trustapps.app with your order reference. Orders outside Egypt are sold by Paddle.com, so you can also request a refund through Paddle under its Buyer Refund Policy. A refunded serial is deactivated.ابعت على support@trustapps.app ومعاه رقم الطلب. والطلبات من برّه مصر بيبيعها Paddle.com، فتقدر كمان تطلب الاسترداد من خلاله حسب سياسة الاسترداد بتاعته. والسيريال اللي فلوسه رجعت بيتلغي.
